How does Parenest communicate with my parents?
Parenest uses WhatsApp — the app your parents already know and love. We send gentle messages, share jokes, remind them about medicines, and even make voice calls in their preferred language. They never need to install anything new.
Is my parent's data private and safe?
Absolutely. We follow strict privacy standards. Conversation summaries shared with you are curated for emotional context — we never share raw conversations. Your parent's dignity and privacy are our highest priority.
What languages are supported?
We support Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi, and English. Our AI companion converses naturally in your parent's mother tongue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We also offer a 14-day free trial so you can experience the service before committing.
What if my parent doesn't respond?
That's completely okay. Our companion is patient and gentle. If your parent prefers quiet days, we respect that. We'll gently try again later and keep you informed of any patterns we notice.
How is this different from just calling my parents?
